Goods will be shipped within 45 days of receipt of payment. |

Promotions will be treated as separate orders and cannot form part of any other order. |

Promotions will be shipped by prepaid courier. |

For Promotions buyers may request shipment under their own courier account. |

Shipping by post is subject to a 10% of order value (min $20) surcharge. |

| RETURN POLICY |

All sales are final and not refundable/returnable. |
| 2. |
For quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns once they have been despatched. |
| 3. |
It is the buyer's responsibilty to ensure they are allowed to import before placing an order. |
| 4. |
Cancellations are subject to a 25% penalty fee plus bank charges. |

| PAYMENT |

All sales are final and not refundable/returnable. |

All purchases must be fully paid for prior to shipment. |
| 3. |
We accept payment by Paypal or Western Union for amounts below $1,000. |
| 4. |
We accept payment by T/T subject to the following surcharges to cover bank fees: |

- $1,000 - $2,500 : $50
- $2,500 - $7,500 : $25
- $7,500+ No Surcharge

| 5. |
For large orders (above $100,000) we accept 50% cash deposit with balance by :
- unconditional/irrevocable bank guarantee
- unconditional standby L/C
- confirmed L/C payable at sight at our bank's counters.

| LABELS |
| 1. |
Promotion orders will be supplied with our (English) basic labels in black & white. |
| 2. |
FCL orders will be supplied with our (English) standard labels in colour. |
| 3. |
For custom black & white labels for Promotional orders, buyers must supply .ai format artwork. |
| 4. |
For custom colour labels, charges may apply. |
